It is with the acceptance of reasonable accommodation that lead to my success, coupled with time and collaboration. I am a CRNA with a disability and going to illustrate my reasonable accommodation that I pioneered and currently use in the many facets of being an anesthesia provider.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist currently practicing as a Network CRNA for University of Pittsburgh Physician's, part of the UPMC health system based in Pittsburgh, PA. Credentialed at all UPMC facilities in the greater Pittsburgh region in Allegheny County, PA. Facilities include academic tertiary adult/pediatric trauma, transplant, and obstetrical centers, as well as community hospitals and surgery centers. Background experience in critical care transport, technical rescue, firefighting, flight and pre-hospital nursing.
