Low-Dose IV Ketamine infusions for the treatment of MDD and TRD has proven to be as effective as ECT. This guideline provides a step-by-step algorithm for healthcare providers during the pre-procedure, inter-procedure, and post-procedure phase of the infusion. There is a limited number of published guidelines for the use of low-dose IV Ketamine infusion in the treatment of MDD and TRD.
