As nurse anesthesia programs move into doctoral education and the academic environment, it is important to develop an understanding of this role is and how it is critically important for success.  This course will discuss the structure of academic institutions and identify different teaching ranks and qualifications. 

The American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

AANA is an approved provider by the California Board of Registered Nursing, CEP #10862.
