CRNAs work in many clinical settings, with patient safety being their #1 priority.  Often, situations may arise where CRNAs identify a patient safety issue or way to improve an existing process and come up with a solution to fix it.  CRNAs may have innovative ideas for a product but be unclear how to turn their vision into reality and bring it to the market.
