CRNAs routinely confuse public relations, advertising and marketing activities. There is also often a focus on proving CRNAs are just as good as anesthesiologist when in reality the public likely has very different concerns. CRNAs will understand at a strategic and tactical level how PR, advertising, and marketing work together to create a framework that moves people to action.
